CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

User Impact: During restart the apps on the servers are unavailable (the outage should take only a few minutes). - Thursday, April 30, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Updating Clockwork.
User Impact: No access to Clockwork during this time.
- Monday, May 4, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Updating Clockwork database.
User Impact: No access to Clockwork database during this time.
- Wednesday, May 6, 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Updating TAI.
User Impact: Users will not be able to access TAI Dashboard/Reports.
- Thursday, May 7, 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Updating Constituo.
User Impact: Chang School international applications will be paused for the duration of the downtime. - Sunday, May 17, 8:00 a.m. to Monday, May 18, 8:00 p.m.
Updating MyServiceHub.
User Impact: MyServiceHub production and all related functions will be down between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. during the outage on the 17th. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day on the next day (18th). - Friday, May 22, 5:00 p.m. to Monday, May 25, 8:00 a.m.
Upgrading eHR.
User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage window. - Sunday, June 7, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Updating eHR.
User Impact: eHR production and all related functions will be down during the outage. All non-prod environments will have a brief outage throughout the day.
