The ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ Calisthenics Club is a space to learn and utilize skills to build muscle, strength, flexibility, mobility, and endurance. The Calisthenics Club is inclusive to individuals of all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced calisthenics enthusiast, exercises can be tailored to your skill level to help you achieve amazing skills.

Our club aims to foster a welcoming, connected, and stronger community through the sport of calisthenics. Within the club, you can expect to learn from other calisthenics athletes, connect and work out with fellow members, and gain knowledge through information sharing.
