Absolutely. Wellbeing Central is a great place to browse different areas of support even if you're unsure where to start. You can also use the filters or search bar to explore various resources to see what resonates with your needs.
Is Wellbeing Central part of the new Student Wellbeing Centre (Nadir Mohamed Centre for Student Wellbeing)?
Wellbeing Central is not a part of ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½â€™s new Nadir Mohamed Centre for Student Wellbeing, however the website is a resource that can assist you in learning what programs and services will be available in the centre, as well as other offerings on campus. .
Is Wellbeing Central a Crisis Resource?

Can staff and faculty refer students to you for support?
Wellbeing Central does not directly provide referrals, but the website can be used to help staff and faculty find the appropriate services to refer students to.
